Some things that make me angery are my sister. I get mad at her when she annoys me and when i do somthing to her cuz i am mad she goes and tells my mom and then i get in trouble. Another thing that can really set me off is when i get a bad grade on a test. Somthing else that can make me mad is when i am playing baseball are tennis and i make a bad play are if i i hit the ball out. I also get mad if someone starts hitting me are somthing.
Something that make me not mad are playing baseball are juss playing anysport. Something else i think makes me not mad is being around my friends and juss chillen. My friends can also get me off to. When i am with my friends i sometimes forget about that stuff that is making me mad. I also feel better when i am bymyslef sometimes it depends on what i am mad about. peace
